Memberships will be active from the date your application is approved through June 30, 2025.

The membership fee is $300 due upon registration.  Memberships are non-refundable and not able to be pro-rated. Review our Information Packet to learn more about the CMEC before applying.

New members enrolling for the 2024-25 School Year will not have access to the 2023-24 curriculum or community events. They will have access to our Resources area, Member Corner,  and all 2024-25 curriculum and community events.

Beginning in Spring 2025, members will be able to renew for the 2025-26 School Year to gain access to the 2025-26 curriculum, resources, and community events.

All documents on the CMEC website are for personal use only and may not be distributed or posted publicly.

The CMEC Summer Retreat is a separate event from our membership and is not included in your membership fee.

All applications are pending approval.  We review applications promptly and generally they are approved no later than 48 hours from submission.  If an application appears to be incomplete, we may follow up with you to finalize prior to approval.

We do not yet offer licensing for school use. If you are a school administrator and would like to be added to our interest list, please contact membership@thecmec.org.
